Yoga Fitviva Africa is comfortable working with people of all ages and abilities of a yoga practice. Using props, modifications and focused on alignment for the safety of asana – Yoga Fitviva Africa will guide each student through a practice designed to build strength and flexibility, open your joints and bring awareness to being in and listening to your body.

TREATMENTS

Reiki

Reiki is a form of alternative medicine called energy healing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

Thai Massage

Thai massage or Thai yoga massage is a traditional healing system combining acupressure, Indian Ayurvedic principles, and assisted yoga postures. The idea of Shen-lines alias energy-lines was first used is "Thai yoga massage".

Swedish Massage

 Swedish massage involves soft, long, kneading strokes, as well as light, rhythmic, tapping strokes, on topmost layers of muscles. This is also combined with movement of the joints. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish therapy can be both relaxing and energizing.
